💡 How spam scoring works

Email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) use algorithms that check dozens of factors. This tool checks the most impactful client-side signals:

  • Trigger words: FREE, URGENT, CLICK HERE, $$$, GUARANTEE — instant red flags
  • ALL CAPS: more than 30% capitalized words signals shouting
  • Excessive punctuation: !!!, ???, multiple exclamations
  • Subject line length: 30-60 chars is optimal; under or over hurts
  • Body word count: 50-500 words best; under 30 = thin, over 1000 = bloated
  • URL density: more than 1 link per 100 words = suspicious
  • Emojis: 0-2 OK, 3+ in subject can trigger filters
